What is the ongoing financial commitment required?

Strategic alignment with organizational goals is essential. This means preparing teams for AI adoption and the inevitable changes it brings through change management planning. Administrators play a key role in ensuring AI projects comply with healthcare regulations, particularly around patient data privacy and security. AI is only as good as the data it receives, necessitating governance and creating and acceptable AI use policy. Choosing the right technology partners is also critical. Look beyond the AI capabilities, and ensure partners understand the nuances of healthcare workflows and values.
